Nothing could change it, Cross was dead. And Michael could do little more than stare in disbelief at his motionless partner. The echo of the gunshot rang in his head still, tormenting him in turn with the grotesque sight. Suddenly, as if on a wild impulse; Cross opened his eyes and let out a shattering scream. Michael watched with astonishment as the corpse began to move. Cross began to rise to his feet again, while the hole in his chest continued gushing blood. His eyes were glazed over, and his mouth leaked crimson fluid.
"C-Cross?" Michael said in bewilderment. A feint moan escaped Cross' gaping lips.
"N-no, no way. No fucking way!" Mi
"Temper, temper." The biker teased. His revolver was raised to my head. I gritted my teeth, trying to withhold the full-on rage building inside of me.
"Please, just go!" I said through my teeth.
"Aw, but that would be no fun." He laughed.
"No, it won't be fun at all if you don't leave, now!" I struggled to talk.
"Geeze, let me take him!" A voice slithered into my head.
"No, you can't, he didn't do anything!" I said aloud.
"What?" The biker looked at me questioningly.
"You're a wimp! I can take him, just let me take over!" The voice rang in my head. I clutched my ears and closed my eyes tightly.
"No!" I shouted frantically.
All you see before you,
Your parents, brightened with virtue,
Your first best friend, your first pet,
And when you looked at the sky for a jet.
When you layed in the grass,
And played in the trees,
Your dreams were to please,
Yet they shatter like glass.
Lost love and a lost friend,
Leaving scars, unable to mend.
Your life had no home,

Left in the dark,
As the crimson stream leaks from the newly torn hole in your heart.

"Yah, well, not much we can do about it. We can't afford to leave here." Tiana stood up from the couch and walked towards the closet. "But since you're going out, don't forget your twelve gauge." She undid the padlock on the metal door in the closet and pulled out the shotgun, throwing it to Henry.
"Thanks," Henry said as he caught it and slung it over his shoulder. "Hopefully I won't need it though." He began to approach the door
"What's the matter freak!" he snarled, "You scared of a dark little house?" Joseph continued to stare blankly at the house. "Hey, I'm talkin' to you dumbass!"
Everyone knows the rumor about the black house on Donwood Avenue. And everyone was scared of it, even Neil.
"Leave him alone, Neil!" I started, "C'mon Joseph, let's go." Yet, there he stood, like he was in a haze, as if the world didn't apply to him. Suddenly, the door on the black house screeched open, revealing a shadow of a doorway, which was black as night. And a light mist rolled out of the door.
Wh-what the hell?!" Neil uttered, "Um, let's go guys," he said before turning his
